Someone must be available to accept your UPS delivery. If someone is unable to accept the package UPS will reattempt the delivery two more times for a total of three delivery attempts. After the third delivery attempt your order will be sent back to the warehouse and you will be billed the shipping charges to have the books reshipped to you.
Free UPS Ground Shipping is included with all items.
Please note that UPS Ground Shipping has a ship time of 4-6 business days . Business Days are Monday to Friday and do not include federal holidays within the United States.
*UPS WILL NOT ship to a P.O. Box Address. Please put a physical address where your items can be sent to.
If you decide to upgrade your shipping to a different shipping method other than UPS Ground your shipping costs will be determined by the following:
- Item's size and weight
- Your selected shipping method
- Delivery Address
In your shopping cart, we show your estimated shipping cost, based on the lowest price shipping method possible. If you select a different shipping method your actual shipping cost may be higher.
Your items will ship within 4-6 business days from the time your order is placed, this allows time for processing. Please allow yourself enough time for the processing time plus the shipping time in order to receive your items.

Tracking availability varies based on the types of items you purchased and your selected shipping speed. Please note it can take up to 24-48 hours for a carried to scan your order into its tracking system. This means your tracking number may not provide updates for up to 48 hours.
Occasionally packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, arrive in separate packages or left in a different location at your home. Log in to your Account and select Order Status.
